How to know when your content is available

ON YOUR SMARTPHONE

    If the content you want to watch is available in your cloud, you will see the letter “Y” on the bottom right corner of the poster. If it is not, you will see the letter “N”. Bear in mind that you can filter all your content in order to visualize only available titles.

    If you tried to play movies or series in My Family Cinema and all the content appears as “Not connected”, it means that you have not successfully imported your cloud into the application. Click here for more information on how to add your cloud.
