What is a free trial?

My Family Cinema offers its users a 7-day free trial to access all the features on the app. No credit card or payment method is required to start enjoying the benefit. You simply need to download the app, create an account and add your cloud. Bear in mind that free trials can be accessed just once per device.

How to access the free trial

In order to enjoy the free trial, you have to comply with these requirements: 

1. Be a new user
2. Have installed the MFC APP on your device for the first time.

If you log in to a device that has already enjoyed the free trial service, you won’t have access to the benefit anymore. Additionally, if your TV box came with a free trial period, you will not be able to enjoy the benefit again, not even when you create a new account.
